In 2012 Jason Wharram started working under the supervision of Karl Douglas and Associates Appraisals and Consulting. Jason attained his designations AACI and P.APP in June 2014 and in July 2014 opened his own business as a Sole Proprietor specializing in Agricultural and Rural Property Appraisals
In 2015 Jason established Ausable Appraisal Group and Peter Moore joined Jason in February 2016 doing residential appraisals. In June 2018 Jason moved his office to Crediton and in September 2018 Jane Hefley joined as office administration.
In November 2019 Carolyn Wood joined Ausable Appraisal Group as a Candidate Appraiser. She is working toward her designation.
